This condominium building adds a new prestigious address to the rapidly growing East Village, with two fronts on 14th Street. 208 is one story, with a high front glass façade slated for new retail. Down the street, 214 also has retail space on the First and Cellar floors. The Second floor is a standalone unit with a large back terrace and an apartment for the building’s Super.
Each unit was furnished with deluxe European style kitchens, modern bathrooms complete with custom vanities and sleek fixtures and plenty of natural light. Some units have backyard spaces and others are open to green roof areas. Corridors are highly stylized with intricate wood details, plush carpets and decorative lighting. The building also has a residential lounge and fitness center. The lounge features include a fireplace, oak flooring, skylight, library and kitchenette, making this a great space for gatherings. CMA worked with Ownership and the Design Team to finalize the construction documents and obtain permits, and preliminary documentation to meet LEED Gold Certification. This project was officially awarded LEED Gold certification January 2016.
