The Lane At Boreum Place
415 Red Hook Lane is a 21-Story mixed use tower located in Downtown Brooklyn. It will feature residential rental units as well as ground floor commercial spaces. The building occupies a lively corner of Livingston Street at the convergence of Red Hook Lane and Boerum Place. Situated at the approach to the Brooklyn Bridge, this building will have great views of many NYC landmarks. 210’ in height, the building will contain 108 rental apartment units spread over nearly 108,000 square feet of residential space, in addition to approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial space. The building facade is made of a specially designed – modified window wall system and colorized masonry brick, which results in a playful juxtaposition of forms and reflections. The massing of the building compliments the triangular site and adds to the character of this classic Brooklyn neighborhood.
