280 Metropolitan Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, is the site of a 43,000 sf. 6-story concrete structure consisting of 28 residential condominiums. The condominium complex will offer amenities such as gym, laundry, storage, green roof, & private penthouse terraces. The ground floor will house a restaurant space. CMA was contracted to perform pre-construction design consultation, as well as manage the full construction and turnover of the project. The anticipated completion date is Spring 2016.
