CMA is working with Tamarkin Co. as the construction manager on an intensive renovation of 555 West End Avenue, the site of a 7-story former high school built in 1903. Tamarkin Co. purchased the building after several years of abandonment, with the design intent of constructing 13 high end condominiums. Each of the 13 duplex condos will feature superior in-unit amenities and common spaces such including a gymnasium and playroom. The building will be topped with a roof top terrace for all residents, featuring sweeping Hudson River views.
