75 Clinton
This existing 9-story building in the heart of Brooklyn Heights was converted to 74 condominium apartments and two commercial spaces on the ground floor. CMA was contracted to perform pre-construction design consultation, as well as, manage the full construction and turnover of the project.
CMA worked closely with the Project Team to review various structural scenarios and options to convert an existing office space to a residential building while an operational retail tenant remained. After much analysis, the Project Team decided to partially modify the existing space to accept new structural elements while the retail tenants were still open for business. The project was successfully completed without any major impacts to the retail space.
