Carnegie Hotel

The “Carnegie Hotel” site is located in upper Manhattan, moments away from Central Park and neighboring Carnegie Hall. The completed hotel will be a 33,800 sf., 19-story building, with streamlined room finishes and public areas to match its sleek curved façade. CMA has been working continuously with Ownership and the Design Team to construct the unique concept composed of intricately arranged cement panels and curved glass curtain wall that gracefully meets the setback requirements. The 67-room Carnegie Hotel will accommodate guests with a lounge, technologically advanced rooms, custom finishes, elaborate natural lighting, and an impressive view of one the city’s busiest neighborhoods.
