CMA is working closely with 303 Development Partners LLC and CookFox to build a high-end condominium building that will truly be a new landmark along 2nd Avenue at 50th Street. This anticipated LEED Gold project will contain 57 lavish apartment units that include state of the art appliances, custom Italian kitchens, opulent bath and kitchen plumbing fixtures and wood floors throughout. There are two penthouses with outdoor terraces that provide beautiful views of the Upper East Side skyline. The building also has a residential lounge and fitness center. The building exterior will be a combination of precast variegated limestone and zinc metal panel, providing an aesthetically pleasing look to the neighborhood.
