Reade Chambers

This project site was located on a vacant property with six larger shoring towers supporting the adjacent building to the East. Working closely with the LMCCC and the DOB we have successfully completed the superstructure and removed the shoring towers without any impact to the adjacent property.
This luxury through-block condominium will have amenities including on-site underground parking, recreation rooms, and a completely equipped gym/training room, a laundry room for larger items, and storage areas. Ownership, the Design Team and CMA worked closely together to formulate units that are impressively modern, with a pared down aesthetic for this Landmarks’ approved building. Units will range from one to four bedrooms, including three penthouses. All units will have access to a rooftop deck.
