During the initial issuance of the project documents, CMA’s Pre-Construction team conducts a thorough review of the information on hand. A detailed document of potential cost and or time saving options that includes costing and suggested new details is shared with the team. From this presentation the Owner and Design team can review the proposed suggestions and make a determination as to what alternative best serves the project.
